Chili Entry Form

Thank you for your willingness to supply a pot (or more) of chili for the Fall Family Festival. Whether your chili is being entered into the Chili Cookoff or if you are supplying it simply to share, please complete and submit the form below.

    All chilis will need to be accompanied by a simple ingredient list - whether or not they are in the cookoff - see official rules below.
    Previous year's 1st place chili is not eligible for entry (to allow others the honor of winning).
    Chilis that are to be judged must be delivered no later than 4:30p the evening of the event.
