Where is Bethany Christian Church?

1920 N Rangeline Rd. (at the intersection of Rangeline and Cross St), Anderson IN 46012

What should I wear?

While some like to wear their “Sunday best,” others opt for more casual and comfortable clothes on Sunday morning. Don’t worry about what you wear – just dress comfortably and come expecting a great experience!

Where should I park?

You will probably find our main parking lot south of the church, accessed from Rangeline Road, to be the most convenient. As you pull into the parking lot, just drive back until you see the large “Main Entrance” sign. Park wherever you like and enter the building through the Main Entrance.  Our Welcome Center is just to your left as you enter the building.  Feel free to stop … our volunteers will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Where do my children go?

Classes are held in several areas for different age groups. Please stop by our Welcome Center, and we will be happy to you and your children to the right place.

What type of music/worship is there?

Our Worship Celebrations include a dynamic blend of the newest worship songs of today, and the time-tested songs of the faith.  Worship at Bethany Christian Church is intentionally varied to include choirs, ensembles and soloists, and guitars, congas, keyboards, brass, drums, flutes–and anything else that can be used to express our adoration and thanks in praise.

Am I expected to put money in the offering?

Please do not feel obligated to participate in the offering. If you are blessed by the ministry of Bethany and become a regular attendee you will want to express your gratitude to God by investing in what He is doing through this congregation.

Should I take communion?

Communion is an act of remembering what Jesus did for us through His death on the cross.  His death was for the forgiveness of our sins so we could enter a new relationship with God and one another.  During each worship service we take communion as the elements are passed … a small bite of bread (symbolizing His body that was given for us) and a small drink of juice (symbolizing His blood that was shed for us).  Communion is open to all Christians who desire to participate.

Are there special arrangements for the hearing impaired?

Amplifiers and print copies of the sermon are available at the Welcome Center.  Lyrics to worship songs are projected on a screen.
